At RTA, we specialize in asphalt paving, pavement marking, parking lot striping, and restriping parking lots to help businesses maintain safe and efficient parking areas. From designing and implementing new parking lot layouts to routine pavement maintenance and marking removal (scarifying), we are committed to delivering quality results.

Parking lot striping is the process of painting lines on paved parking areas for parking stalls, ADA-compliant handicap parking lines, walkways, and traffic control markings. Every parking lot requires a unique design to ensure optimal parking space usage and accessible parking solutions. We also provide regular lot restriping services to keep markings visible and compliant.

Ensure safe traffic flow with properly placed markings on parking lot entrances, drive-throughs, bike lane striping, and roadway markings. Our services help businesses avoid confusion and enhance safety on their properties.

Commercial and municipal buildings require proper curb and sidewalk markings to ensure pedestrian safety, especially in and around parking spots and high-traffic areas. Our expertise extends to no parking zones, directional markings, and bollard painting.

ADA parking symbols, directional arrows, numbering, and stop bars are just some examples of pavement markings I can apply, but many customers also need unique symbols.
If you need a custom marking (e.g., Veterans Parking Only, Expectant Mothers’ Parking, numbered stalls, etc.) there’s a good chance I can do it. Don’t hesitate to reach out and ask!

Playgrounds, outdoor sports fields, and sport courts generally need painted markings to complete the project. What is a basketball court without a free throw line, a soccer field without goal lines, or a playground without a four square? Games wouldn’t be the same!
I can apply the lines to a variety of types of surfaces, both pavement and natural (grass and turf).
Line removal can be done by scarifying (removing a thin top layer of asphalt), pressure washing, or painting over/blacking out the existing lines. Line removal is typically done when small amounts of markings are improperly applied or need to be changed.
Every project is unique, so if you’re looking to change your parking lot design or remove some pavement markings, let’s connect and determine the right approach for your needs!

Bollards, or bollard posts, are generally used for adding protection to a building or walkway or for inhibiting vehicle travel through a specific area. Bollards can range in size, shape, and color depending on the application of use.
Most often I help customers renew their existing bollards, commonly using bollard covers and repainting.
RTA proudly serves a diverse range of clients that rely on professional pavement marking services. Our work helps ensure safety, organization, and compliance, making parking lots, roads, and pedestrian areas functional and visually appealing.
